INITIAL INSPECTION
DST Property Management wants to start off with your community on the right foot. We always recommend an initial property inspection. This is a walk through or drive through, with a member of the board to consider any and all pressing issues, whether they are simply aesthetic issues or liability issues.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our managers will supervise, coordinate, and assist in the operation of the Association Property and in the administration of the Association.
Our managers will work directly with your Board of Directors and unit owners.
